- Locomotor Movement Drill:

- Jumping & Hopping: Two-feet takeoffs/landings and single-leg hopping.
- Skipping & Galloping: Combining step-and-hop rhythms and galloping like horses.
- Stretching Exercises: Reaching high to the sky, bending low to touch toes, stretching wide like star shapes.
- Class Activity: Set up 3 movement stations: Station A (Skipping & Galloping), Station B (Obstacle Jump), Station C (High Stretch & Run).
