Presentation Steps

1. Road Hazards: Discuss moving cars, motorcycles (okada), and bicycles.
2. Pedestrian Rules: Always hold an adult's hand, walk on sidewalks, and use pedestrian (zebra) crossings.
3. Traffic Lights: Explain RED = Stop, YELLOW = Get Ready, GREEN = Go.
4. Practical Simulation: Draw a mock zebra crossing on the classroom floor and practice looking LEFT → RIGHT → LEFT before crossing.

3RD TERM - WEEK 9: ROAD SAFETY RULES

1. Road Safety Rules:

• Always hold an adult's hand near or on the road.
• Walk on the pavement/sidewalk, never on the main road.
• Use zebra crossings to cross safely.
• NEVER play games on or near roads!

2. How to Cross the Road: Stop, Look LEFT, Look RIGHT, Look LEFT again, and walk across when clear.

3. Traffic Lights:

• 🔴 RED: STOP
• 🟡 YELLOW: GET READY
• 🟢 GREEN: GO
