1. Pool Rules: Shower before entering, NO pushing, and NO running on wet floors.

2. Emergency Actions: DO NOT jump in. Call for help loudly and throw a floatation ring/kickboard.

3. Exercise Benefit: Swimming works out the arms, legs, back, and lungs for total health!
