Presentation Steps

  1. Warm-up: Gentle arm and leg stretches.
  2. Familiarization: Walk into shallow water, splash face gently, wet body gradually (or simulate on mats).
  3. Floating Aids: Display and explain how armbands, kickboards, and life jackets keep us safe.
  4. Water Play: Practice catching floating objects or gentle water play in shallow water.
