Presentation Steps

  1. Introduction: Lead a quick warm-up jog. Ask pupils the difference between walking and running.
  2. Running Posture & Technique: Demonstrate standing lean, swinging arms from shoulders, lifting knees high, and landing on the balls of the feet.
  3. Starts and Lanes: Teach "On your mark, Go!" standing start positions. Practice staying in individual lanes.
  4. Practical Activity: Organize 20–30 meter dash sprints and a simple shuttle relay race on the field.
