- Introduction: Call pupils to an open space. Lead a quick warm-up song tapping head, shoulders, and hands.
- Identifying Upper Body Parts: Guide pupils to touch and name their head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, and fingers.
- Upper Body Movement Demonstrations:
- Head: Nodding up/down (yes), shaking left/right (no), turning side to side.
- Shoulders: Shrugging up/down, rolling forward and backward.
- Arms: Swinging, stretching high/sideways, drawing circles in the air.
- Hands: Waving, clapping, opening and squeezing fists.
- Class Activity: Play "Simon Says" focused on upper body movements (e.g., "Simon says shrug your shoulders", "Simon says roll your arms").
